Returns, Exchange and Shipping policies

    • Contact us before mailing your products for a return or exchange.
    • All returns and exchanges should be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
    • No refunds or exchange for sale items
    • All drop shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer) merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer within in 30 days- and you need to request a return authorization by contacting us.
    • Make sure to register your paddle with the manufacturer by using the insert card provided for the warranty to be effective. Some companies do not have registration.
